A decade of following questions

Over time, that interest developed into formal training in economics and increasingly quantitative research.

I studied Economics and Psychology at Ewing Christian College before completing an MA in Economics and later a Master’s in International Economics and Finance at Johns Hopkins SAIS.

My professional experience has taken me through research and teaching at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Johns Hopkins SAIS, research projects with World Bank economists, and work on questions ranging from healthcare and gender to bureaucracy, migration, employment and international capital mobility.

Alongside research, I have always been interested in communicating and convening around ideas—through writing, teaching, public speaking, debate and intellectual community-building.

At I-House DC, this led to organizing international dialogues and cultural events and founding the Waldo Stevenson Forum.

I am now increasingly interested in the intersection of AI, economics and public policy.
